Ashlyn Allen

After many years in the wellness space, I’ve been able to connect among a variety of communities.

My passion exists in helping individuals become the best versions of themselves and igniting their lightbulb moments.

By utilizing The Four Elements at Pavelka I am able to help individuals strengthen their wellbeing as a person, as a team member, and as part of a community.

Becky Bailey

GLOBAL PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, UK

The Four Elements represent a lifestyle for a lifetime for overall wellbeing, and not a short-term fix. After working in a corporate environment for over 15 years, The Four Elements opened a door to a way of living that has inspired me beyond words. I apply The Four Elements daily, always considering if I’ve prioritized wellness for myself, my family and those around me.

I feel privileged to be part of a team that inspire individuals across the globe to lead happier and heathier lives. The Pavelka team also work together to bring out the best in one another. I am lucky to work with such an amazing team who truly do make a difference all over the world as well as caring for my own personal wellbeing journey.

James Blair

WELLBEING DELIVERY MANAGER, UK

Personally, I try to live well by managing my diet and exercise and paying attention to the positive changes that this brings. As well as these staples of health, I’ve started building breathing exercises and quiet time into my daily routine.

At Pavelka I love being able to advise and help others striving towards their own wellbeing goals. Nothing is more satisfying than knowing that your actions have made a directly positive impact in someone’s life.

Cheryl Bok

APJC ACCOUNT MANAGER, SINGAPORE

I constantly reflect on the aspirational question, ‘How might we create a whole-of-society response in embedding well-being in workplaces and communities?” With the proliferation of excellent health information, many people still struggle to make a real behavioural change that creates and maintains a holistic lifestyle. This has inspired me to be an ally and enabler in helping people live more wellbeing-oriented lifestyles.

At Pavelka, I can build workplaces and communities where everyone feels empowered as human beings living real lives. My role is to curate experiences to help people evoke a profound realisation that wellbeing is a very individual and personal choice, a way of life to consciously seek to meet our well-being needs and to live in balance.

Mickey Cunningham

SOCIAL MEDIA, UK

The Four Elements play a big part in my daily life, they are the pillars of health that have taught me to be mindful and present of each situation I’m in. Just for one, the Think element has taught me a lot over the years and has really helped me to evaluate and deal with certain situations in a positive and controlled manner thinking from a different perspective.

I really love and enjoy working within ‘Pavelka’ not only for the positivity that is second to none within the company, but how we really are one big family.

It’s about providing tools and practices to help you focus on your mental and physical well-being, enabling you to strengthen your relationships with others. Michelle Mah

WELLBEING PROGRAM MANAGER, SINGAPORE

Our new world requires a fresh approach to wellbeing. Like everyone else at Pavelka, I feel inspired whenever we see our clients and partners being able to elicit positive and sustainable changes in their lives as they become happier people, parents, caregivers or partners.

Dean Martin

HEAD OF MARKETING OPERATIONS, UK

Isn’t funny how we are all conditioned to exercise and watch what we eat to stay fit and healthy – but what about ‘overall’ wellbeing, what about the rest of us?

Recent events have certainly had an impact on the way we see being healthy with increased awareness of mental health and the value of human connection.

I love the fact that here at Pavelka, our programme and The Four Elements provides a roadmap for a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing that goes beyond just exercising and dieting and is about connection and inspiration.

thomas martin

CHIEF OF STAFF, USA

After working a corporate 9-5 job for almost 10 years, I realized I was sacrificing so much in my personal life. When I learned about Pavelka’s mission ‘to light up the world with wellbeing’, I instantly felt a connection. My decision to leave the corporate world and embrace The Four Elements was a transformative act of self-discovery and empowerment. Through the journey of Eat, Sweat, Think and Connect, I not only found balance and vitality, but also ignited a spark of inspiration in those around me.

I love that here at Pavelka, we’re not only encouraged to live by The Four Elements every day, but also challenged to do so as a team.

Catherine Mazur

I am passionate about health and well-being and believe it’s the foundation to living a life I love. Spending several years in high tech in various roles within recruiting, human resources, communications, project management, program design and events, I bring energy to creating experiences in ways that leave people feeling celebrated and inspired.

The way Jessie created The Four Elements has made it simple for anyone to follow. When thinking about making changes in your life to live healthier, it can be a bit overwhelming. Eat, Sweat, Think and Connect makes it easy, leaving anyone feeling like they can do it. I’m super excited to be part of this work.

Katie Nicholls

GLOBAL HEAD OF OPERATIONS, SINGAPORE

For me living The Four Elements is about making sure that everybody else has them. I spend all day, every day sharing The Four Elements with people so that they can get to choose how they live them. You couldn’t do this job if you didn’t love people and being there to support them.

I’m grateful for the team at Pavelka, who are just awesome, the clients that we get to work with and the people that work so passionately within them.

Hilary RadcliffE

OFFICE MANAGER, UK

I live The Four Elements by not being afraid to try something new. That could be eating different foods, enjoying exercise more and pushing myself, listening to the various experts we engage with and using technology to connect to my colleagues, friends and family.

Being valued and appreciated is a great way in which my colleagues Pavelka communicate their thanks and acknowledgement to me. We all have our strengths and expertise and everyone pulls together to bring out the best in each other.

KATY TIPPING

DIGITAL PRODUCT EDITOR, UK

I try to live by The Four Elements by just looking at the next 24 hours. Everything seems a lot more manageable when you use The Four Elements day by day and ask yourself if you have given time to think about your wellness and that of those around you.

I love working with Pavelka as we are multinational and spreading wellness in many different countries, as it allows me to learn about health and wellbeing across cultures.

Marta Tsivunina

DATA & INSIGHTS MANAGER, UK

In such a busy world there is always a risk to become reactive: there are always things to do, conversations to have, responsibilities to fulfil. In order to stay in tune with my own needs and feelings, I plan The Four Elements into my daily routine. As long as I stick to the plan for the day, I don’t need to worry about other things getting in the way.

Among the important work we do for other people’s wellbeing, we make time to look after ourselves. There is always space for a good laugh, support and creativity.
