Jessie is an internationally recognized health and wellbeing expert who thrives on guiding individuals and organizations toward positive wellbeing through his principles of The Four Elements; Eat, Sweat, Think and Connect.

Jessie co-founded Pavelka in 2013, working with companies to help their employees become healthier and more resilient in an ever-changing world.

As a result, he and his team have supported 1000s of individuals and employees worldwide to focus on their wellbeing at home and work.

He has many years of hands-on experience working one-to-one with clients, as well as inspiring the masses with his personable and accessible approach to wellbeing.

Jessie has hosted TV shows on both sides of the Atlantic. In the UK, these include Sky TV's 'Obese: A Year to Save my Life', as well as health campaigns on ITV's 'Good Morning Britain'. In the US, he's presented on NBC's 'Biggest Loser', Lifetime TV's 'DietTribe', and the Wake-up Workout on OWN (Oprah Winfrey's channel).

Jessie is also a published author; in his book, 'The Programme – for a leaner, stronger, healthier you', he shares his philosophy around The Four Elements and how these are the building blocks of long-term wellbeing.

"As a trainer for many years, my work has given me the privilege of helping people take charge of their bodies and lives.

It is a gift to see the impact of fitness, not only on the individual but also on the people who love and care about them. It is powerful to witness overweight and unhappy clients become confident, fit people. But losing weight is only part of the story; I have realized that true fitness is more than just physical.

People who commit to improving their health don't only get in better physical shape; they often become more optimistic and engaged partners, parents, and friends. They're inspiring. They're game. They're fun. Most of us are just plain happier when we're healthy. And when you're happier, it's easier to make healthy choices and take care of yourself. The amazing part is that anyone can make profound and dramatic improvements in their lives by taking a few small steps over and over."

"You need to eat well, move more, be mindful and connect with others."

Over the years, I've trained many people with diverse goals. Some clients are already pretty fit and looking to take things to the next level or to train for a specific sport or event. Others simply want to look their best for a school reunion.

Other clients have been starting from challenging places, maybe recovering from injury or illness, or they have a significant amount of weight to lose in order to get healthy.

The Four Elements has been designed for people at different starting points, with an understanding that our fitness journeys never really end.
