What is EVOLVE—specifically for insurance teams?
EVOLVE is a 90-day, coach-led cohort program that helps claims, underwriting, producer/CSR, and service-center teams build practical habits around boundaries, stress, and resilience. It’s a custom program created for your company, not as a one-off workshop or another app.
How is this different from our EAP or generic wellness programs?
EAP and wellness apps are resources which are often underused. EVOLVE drives behavior change: live coaching, manager sessions, and small team commitments tied to your operational cycles (renewals, surge/catastrophe).
What business outcomes should we expect?
A clear pre/post story at 90 days—higher participation, visible manager behaviors, and improved signals like reduced after-hours escalations, steadier SLA/QA, higher intent-to-stay, and stronger team sentiment.
How much time does it take each week?**
- Participants: ~30–60 minutes/week in short sessions
- People leaders/managers: ~30 minutes/week in sessions and simple team commitments
- HR/Program owner: Low lift—comms and updates use our templates
Can you schedule around renewal season and catastrophes?
Yes. We plan cohorts around surge windows, adjusting cadence in response to outside events.
How do manager sessions work?**
Managers join 25–30 minute sessions every 1–2 weeks. They commit to small behaviors (e.g., post-surge recovery rules, escalation thresholds, meeting caps) and get nudges and templates.
Can cohorts mix roles (producers, CSRs, claims) or should they be role-specific?
Both models work. For surge-heavy functions (claims/service centers), role-specific cohorts sharpen relevance and make scheduling easier. For smaller sites, mixed cohorts build cross-team consistency. We’ll recommend the best mix during scoping.
Is this delivered on-site or virtual? What about multi-site networks?
Primarily virtual to support multi-site and hybrid work. We coordinate time-zone-friendly sessions and provide async micro-actions so satellite branches aren’t left behind.
How big are cohorts and how many do we start with?**
12–25 people per cohort is ideal. Most pilots start with 2 cohorts in one function (e.g., claims + service center) or 1–2 regions, plus a manager track.
How do you handle privacy and sensitive information?
All reporting is aggregated and anonymized. We never share individual data or coaching conversations. We do not keep any PII.
Is EVOLVE “therapy”?
No. EVOLVE is coaching and skill-building.
How fast can we launch? ***
Go-live in 4–6 weeks after contract: We begine with Discovery → Calendar → Cohort Invites → kickoff. Weekly rhythm: short live sessions and skill-building
We’re change-fatigued. Will this add more work?
EVOLVE is designed to remove friction, not add to it; short sessions, practical tools, and scheduling around busy periods. Teams often report feeling more energized by week 6–8 because boundaries and recovery become normalized.
